定制的 PyroCide 通风板可以满足电子机柜所需的严格防火安全标准。定制的PyroCide通风板属于铝制蜂窝状热障产品,采用热反应发泡阻燃涂层。产品采用薄型材料,配备铝制蜂窝,降低气流阻力。边对边的通风要求,以及复杂的设计,符合精密金属制成铝框和外壳要求。

PyroCide涂层达到低火焰蔓延、低烟指数值ASTM E- 84 A级标准。蜂窝空腔中的薄涂对于外部火焰、或过多热量能够做出反应、迅速膨胀,用泡沫填充空腔,防止火焰经通风板蔓延。目前,没有既定测试标准针对膨胀型涂层或蜂窝通风板。

空气过滤、空气扩散是应用于热管理的标准功能。产品定制设计,能够满足特定的应用需求,同时配备弹簧夹和其他附属硬件,便于安装、增大接触面。通常,PyroCide通风板采用0.12和0.25英寸厚,0.12英寸空腔蜂窝,此外也可以指明其他部件,如倾斜45度或30度蜂窝、以及纱网等。
